She was bedridden in a dark room for more than 50 years. With a pen as her mouthpiece, in this book she shares the treasures Christ's love has brought her--jewels of struggle and encouragement, of failure and triumph, of turmoil and of peace.
This volume contains 56 short devotionals centered on illustrations from Christiana's&127 life which she shared with people who came to visit her. They always sat in the little kindergarten chair at her bedside in her darkened room in Paradise, Pennsylvania with listening ears and open hearts. Not all the illustrations are original with her, she acknowledged, but the Lord used them to make God's truth shine brighter when she witnessed for Him. The little stories have a cross-generational appeal to adults and "children of all ages."
